If you’ve ever hung out at Vesper and thought to yourself “that person’s a character”, just imagine what the bartenders are thinking.
The famed cocktail bar on Convent Road has launched a new menu called “People of Vesper”, inspired by the colorful guests the bar and its bartenders have encountered over the years. The new menu features 14 cocktails and will replace Vesper’s “Contrast” menu.


Some of the highlights on the new menu include the Mango Manhattan, a playful twist on the Manhattan using mango Michter’s Bourbon, an in-house vermouth blend, white port, and absinthe; Miami Vice Vesper, the Vesper but with coconut Tanqueray gin, Ketel One Vodka, and Strawberry Dry Vermouth; and Black Sesame Presidente, black sesame fat-washed Don Julio Blanco with Los Siete Misterios Mezcal, Fino sherry, Crème de Cacao Blanc, and kaffir lime Saccharum.
With the new cocktails, Vesper also refreshes its wine list, non-alcohol drinks, and food options so that the whole house can enjoy.
