Introducing Issue 2 of Koktail Magazine, Koktail founder Nigel Oakins and editor Mika Apichatsakol dip out of the office early for a little afternoon tipple at the tropical Blue Parrot restaurant. The spacious, open-air hideaway in the Yen Arkat neighbourhood provided the perfect, relaxing setting and soothing summery drinks (the ‘G&G’ or ‘Gin & Grapefruit’) for discussing The Ikigai Issue.
