A Year of Culinary Celebrations

Thailand’s food scene is shaped by its rich culinary traditions, creative independent businesses and the people who keep pushing dining in new directions.

In 2026, Koktail Thailand brings these elements together through three events celebrating different sides of the industry, from craft food and drink to award-winning restaurants and a charity dinner featuring nine chefs.

Taking place across October and November, the Kraft Workshop Food & Drink Market invites the public to discover independent makers and take part in hands-on workshops. The Koktail Thailand Dining Guide 2027 Awards recognises the restaurants and hospitality professionals shaping the country’s dining scene, while the Koktail Thailand Charity Dinner 2026 brings together nine chefs for a culinary journey around the world, with a Thai twist and a charitable purpose.
