Luxury timepieces and animal wellbeing may seem unlikely companions, but Areerat “Kai” Krissanasmit’s career connects them through a common thread: close attention to people, relationships and service.

Her professional grounding came in hospitality, with experience at some of Bangkok’s best-known international hotels, including Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, The Peninsula Bangkok and Shangri-La Hotel. Those early roles developed an approach built around customer experience, attention to detail and relationship building – qualities that have followed her into markedly different fields.

Today, Kai operates in two worlds. As general manager of S.T. Dimension Watch Boutique, she oversees the growth and direction of a luxury timepiece business. As founder of Animal Communications & Healing Thailand, meanwhile, she has helped develop a platform focused on fostering deeper relationships between people and animals.
It is an unconventional professional combination, yet one that reflects a consistent interest in understanding and engagement. Whether working with clients and colleagues in service-led businesses or pursuing her interest in animal communication and wellbeing, Kai places trust and care at the centre.
