In 2019, Nattamon “Fern” Pisankitvanich opened the first Suki Teenoi on Phahonyothin Road. What followed was not simply the multiplication of a popular restaurant concept, but the building of an organisation capable of supporting growth on a national scale.

Now Managing Director of BNN Restaurant Group Co Ltd, Fern works across the long view and the operational detail: setting direction while strengthening the teams, processes and culture behind the brand. That combination proved particularly significant as Suki Teenoi continued its rapid expansion through the disruption of the pandemic and changing market conditions.

Her perspective brings together two complementary disciplines. Fern earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Melbourne before completing a Master’s degree in Luxury Management and Marketing at Emlyon Business School in France. The result is an approach that combines financial understanding with close attention to brand strategy and customer experience.

For Fern, expansion is only part of the equation. Building an organisation resilient enough to sustain it requires strong operations, teamwork and continual development. As Suki Teenoi evolves within Thailand’s highly competitive restaurant landscape, she remains focused on the less visible foundations beneath its growth – ensuring that the people and systems advance alongside the footprint.
