From 28–30 April 2026, starting at 9.30pm, ‘Ghibli Live at the Palace’ brings beloved Studio Ghibli soundtracks to life at Phaya Thai Palace.

If you’ve ever wished your neighbour was a fuzzy, huggable forest spirit named Totoro, or caught yourself craving those sizzling animated eggs in Howl’s Moving Castle – we’ve got some good news for you.

From 28–30 April 2026, starting at 9.30pm, make your way into the royal halls of Phaya Thai Palace as ‘Ghibli Live at the Palace’ fills the palace with Ghibli soundtracks, whisking you straight back to childhood wonder.

A five-piece Chamber Ensemble – Piano, Violin, Cello, Flute, and Harp – sets the stage for an evening of nostalgia. From Spirited Away to My Neighbor Totoro, Princess Mononoke and more, each soundtrack opens a window into the imaginative realms that only Hayao Miyazaki could create.

Arranged by Woraprach Wongstapornpat, Grand Prize winner of the SCG Young Thai Artist Award, the performance also features a piano solo by Christopher Janwong McKiggan, Gold Medalist of the Seattle International Piano Competition and our 2024 Future Lister!

Rounding out the ensemble is a very special guest: Miusic Praewa, or Praewa Suthamphong, whose tender, melodious voice – recognised by fans from her BNK48 days – will be accompanied by the Suanplu Chorus, adding another layer of magic.

Available now on Ticketmelon, tickets range from THB 1,500 to 4,500. Grab yours today and be part of this unforgettable Ghibli experience.
