September took a different turn as Thai celebrities shared whatever they felt like talking about in this month. 

September can feel like a month caught between seasons. In Thailand, there are no autumn leaves to mark the change, no snow to welcome winter and no real end-of-summer feeling. Instead, it is a quieter stretch of the year, shaped by rain, changing weather and a slower pace before the final months begin.

For this month’s Koktail Kurious, we decided to move from the usual question format. Rather than give our guests a set theme to follow, we gave them a little more room to choose what they want to talk about. From exciting new projects to celebrating birthdays or even the small frustrations of seasonal change, each celebrity had the freedom to bring their own perspective to September.

The result is a collection of answers that feels as varied as the month itself. Some were looking ahead to what’s next, some were celebrating something close to home and others simply had something on their mind that they wanted to share. Because sometimes, when there is no particular theme to follow, the most interesting answers come from letting people choose their own.

“We could actually have our own celebration. I mean, we could block out a day if we wanted to rest, have a party, hang out or do whatever we want. Especially because there weren’t really any public holidays in September, it was a month where we had to make time for ourselves.”
