Netflix’s The East Palace pop-up takes over Chang Parking Lot from 18–26 July, bringing a terrifying historical K-drama curse straight to Song Wat.

Running from July 18–26, the new East Palace pop-up in Song Wat invites K-drama fans to drop into the creepy world of Netflix’s latest historical mystery and experience its palace curse firsthand.

The event packs three highlights: the imposing East Palace bearing a 30-year curse, a deceptively calm palace pond masking a terrible secret below and the spirit realm teeming with ghost activity!

Head to Chang Parking Lot on Song Wat Road between 18-26 July. The event runs 10am-8pm on weekends and 3pm-8pm on weekdays. Just hop off at MRT Wat Mangkon Exit 1 and walk 700 metres to the venue.

What’s The East Palace about, anyway?

Crown princes are dropping like flies, and palace whispers blame a vengeful pond ghost out to end the royal line. The King (Cho Seung-woo) ignores the talk, dismissing it as superstitious hogwash, that is, until his last surviving heir suddenly collapses.

Out of options, the King summons Gu-cheon (Nam Joo-hyuk), an exorcist who can travel to the spirit realm, tasking him with driving away the pond ghost and lifting the curse alongside Saeng-gang (Roh Yoon-seo), a court maid who hears spirits and has a secret mission of her own…

The East Palace is now streaming on Netflix.
