The 23rd edition of the World Gourmet Festival is scheduled from September 19th to 24th, 2023, at the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Internationally acclaimed chefs will gather under one roof, showcasing their skills. This year’s festival features twelve chefs hailing from different parts of the world, including Spain, Italy, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Bahrain, and Thailand.
Throughout the festival, a variety of dining experiences will be available. These include dinners by guest chefs at the hotel’s restaurants, afternoon tea sessions, and a gala dinner with a five-course menu designed by five renowned chefs. Additionally, this year, the festival will expand beyond Bangkok, featuring dinners at Anantara Layan Phuket Resort and Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort.
The 23rd World Gourmet Festival will also see mixologists both from Thailand and other countries take over Aqua Bar each night from 19th to 24th September. The event supports the Foundation for the Welfare of Rajavithi-Girls’ Home Under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali, focusing on education, medical care, and life skills training. A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales and auction events will be donated to this cause.
