Thai fans, your “high hopes” have come true

Irish rock band Kodaline recently announced their Asian Tour 2023 and will be visiting nine cities, Bangkok included. The band will be rocking the stage on September 16 at IMPACT Exhibition Hall 5.

The Dublin-based modern rock quartet made chart history way back in 2007 with “Give Me A Minute” which topped the Irish Singles Chart. The band released their first studio album in 2013, In a Perfect World, which features singles like  “All I Want”, “Love Like This”, and “High Hopes”. Their music has also been featured in a number of TV shows, including “Remember the Time” in Grey’s Anatomy and “All I Want”  in The Vampire Diaries.

Having been together over 13 years, the band currently have four studio albums under their belt, plus a live album, Our Roots Run Deep which was released in October 2022 and was recorded at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin.

A  blend of alternative rock, indie pop, and folk, their sound has been compared to bands like Coldplay, Snow Patrol, and Keane. Kodaline’s music mostly explores themes of hope, love, and relationships, and has been described as emotional and uplifting.

Kodaline Asian Tour 2023 will take place at IMPACT Exhibition Hall 5 on September 16, 2023. Ticket prices start from 1,800 baht. Tickets go on presale on April 29 and public sale on April 30, 2pm onwards via livenation.com.
