Chef Jaime “Jimmy” Rojas is back in town and cooking at CHAR Bangkok at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road. In this special edition of Koktail Conversations Jimmy enlightens us, over a shot of tequila, on the extra special touches he is adding to the CHAR Bangkok ambience which includes the spectacular rooftop bar.
