Mika meets the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok GM and gives him a “sneaky pop quiz” to test his knowledge on all things Negroni

In case you weren’t actively counting, this year is the 10th year of Negroni Week, which launched earlier this week on Monday, September 12. In Bangkok, the Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok hotel was at the center of all the attention, hosting the launch of Negroni Week and also for its attempt to break the World Guinness Record for the largest Negroni in light of the 10-year milestone (which they did successfully). Koktail editor Mika Apichatsakol headed to the Kimpton ahead of the evening festivities to have a chat with General Manager Patrick Both, bringing with her a “sneaky pop quiz” she prepared to ensure that the GM really, truly is the Negroni man he claims to be.
