Founder of branding company Rom Design, Rom Sangkavatana’s vision is to contribute to the betterment of society. His organisation, which spans Bangkok, Hong Kong, London, Paris and New York, has worked to create new experiences through a combination of art and design, food, commerce, culture and more to curate sensational messages that address social movements. His highlight projects include hosting the SPOTLIGHT exhibition, which works to build confidence among local designers so that they can compete on a global stage, and more recently a collaboration with Merge Collective to fuse art and technology through interactive lighting and sound design projected around an art sculpture called the Bangkok Meridian.
