With a dual degree in law and civil engineering, he co-founded the Construction Lawyers Society in 2019. This initiative aims to promote and develop practical knowledge in construction law, contracts, and management. The society provides legal advice, conducts capacity-building activities, and facilitates knowledge sharing through various platforms such as seminars and social media. This individual's unique background, bridging two distinct professions, allows him to contribute to the improvement of construction law in Thailand. By reducing claims and disputes in construction projects, which can have detrimental effects on the Thai economy, he works towards fostering a more robust legal framework. The Construction Lawyers Society has published 21 books, 11 standard contracts, and guidelines related to construction work. In addition to giving lectures and seminars, he offers consultations on dispute management within the construction industry, engaging with the education, private, and government sectors. His future plans involve authoring a book on construction claim and dispute management and advocating for the enactment of the Construction Industry Security of Payment Act in Thailand. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is known for his passion as a dedicated foodie.
