Siam Paragon is partnering with MediaMagination, publisher of Koktail Magazine and Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants dining guide, as host venue for an exciting culinary event that will take place over three days from August 26 to 28, 2022, at Parc Paragon. The event, 'Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants by Koktail presented by Siam Paragon', brings together 25 of the country’s leading chefs and well-known restaurants to present their selection of gourmet dishes.
This food and drink extravaganza coincides with the full re-opening of Thailand’s hospitality scene and will also include the first-ever Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants Chefs & Restaurants Awards. Here's the run-down of the three days.
The series will kick off on the evening of Friday, August 26 with 'Dusk till Dark Industry Awards Presentation Event', where awards will be presented to winning chefs and restaurants in 20 different categories recognising local talent and the latest culinary trends. This event is by invitation only.
The festival continues on Saturday, August 27 with a full-day public event, which includes two sessions of non-stop food, drinks, and entertainment. The first session will be from 11am to 4pm, followed by a second 'Dusk to Dark' party event from 5pm to 9:30pm. On Sunday, August 28, there will be a Family Day Brunch session from 11am to 4pm, when the whole family can enjoy delicious Sunday Brunch plates together with family-style entertainment throughout the day. Twenty-five esteemed chefs will be representing their restaurants at the event, including Aquila, Maison Dunand, Alpea, Loyrom, Tony’s, Taan, 31 Degrees by Kad Kokoa, Potong, Brasserie Palmier, Appia, Fat Lamb by Chef Yakup, R-Haan, The Smokaccia Laboratory, Praya Dining, Seafood (Trisara), Jaras (InterContinental Phuket), Jhol, Baan Tepa, Mia, Clara, the Okura Prestige Bangkok Hotel, CDGRE by Suhring, Haoma, Phra Nakhon (Capella Bangkok, Rib Room & Bar, and Man Tables.
Early bird tickets are priced 1,500 baht (+7% VAT) per person per session, accessible from now until July 31. Thereafter, the regular price is 2,000 baht (+7% VAT). The entry fee allows guests to sample up to five different dishes plus drinks and cocktails. Guests who wish to indulge in more can top up their ticket at the event.
