Chef Jaime “Jimmy” Rojas is back in town and cooking at CHAR Bangkok at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road. In this special edition of Koktail Conversations Jimmy enlightens us, over a shot of tequila, on the extra special touches he is adding to the CHAR Bangkok ambience which includes the spectacular rooftop bar. Akira, Jimmy’s small Boston terrier has travelled with him all the way from Mexico and puts in a guest appearance in the video.
