Among the menu's highlights is the French pigeon with foie gras— a testament to chef Remi's commitment to zero waste practices as the dish incorporates pigeon bone to create cherry jus base. Another standout is the Japanese amadai fish, accompanied by flavoured endives, which showcases the interplay between French and Japanese culinary traditions. For their vegetarian guests, an entrée of garden vegetables awaits, featuring a fusion of cooking methods and flavours such as boiling, sautéing, glazing, grilling, and subtle notes of ricotta crème, tea gel, and black olive powder —techniques honed under the guidance of France's culinary maestro, chef Alain Ducasse.
The Allium invites you to savour gastronomic delights during its opening hours, with lunch served from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and dinner from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
