Life is short, but art is long, so walk on! L’On Bangkok is at it again, bringing back the Bangkok Art Walk from 24–31 July. This time around, the fun stretches along both banks of Khlong Lod Wat Ratchabophit canal, right between Fueng Nakhon Road and Atsadang Road.
This event brings art straight to the pavement. You’ll find live painting, performances, local craft stalls and open-air exhibitions right along the water. With plenty of food and drink vendors on hand too, just bring your walking shoes, your friends and a good appetite!
What makes it special is how easy and down-to-earth it feels. The whole idea is super simple: art shouldn’t be trapped in snobby institutions, but instead belongs right here in the open, flowing through the community just like Khlong Lod itself.
Which is why L’On Bangkok is on the hunt for artists, vendors and musicians. If you’re looking to test the waters (pun intended) with a street crowd, this is your shot. Drop them an email at l.onbangkokarthouse@gmail.com or head over to their Instagram page to get involved.
Just there for the fun of it? Head to Khlong Lod Wat Ratchabophit canal, between Fueng Nakhon Road and Atsadang Road, from 24–31 July, 10am to 9pm. Entry is completely free.
