Baia Combines Italian Dining and Nightlife in a Coastal Setting

Introducing Baia, a new Italian restaurant and club in Bangkok where dining and nightlife meet in one space for shifts in mood throughout the evening.

At Pipa Hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 11, Baia sits within a moody, atmospheric space that combines restaurant, bar and late-night destination. The place brings traditional Italian dining blending modern technique, designed to suit a wide range of palates. It’s the kind of place you end up staying long after the plates are cleared.

A Taste of Italy

The magic of the dishes is created by Chef Konstantinos Papadimitriou. His approach focuses on Italian cooking that highlights regional traditions with a contemporary touch.

Signature dishes include tuna and prawn tartare with avocado purée, mortadella and pistachio pizza; Baia’s lobster roll in focaccia; and cotoletta alla milanese, a fried Italian veal chop served with lemon mayonnaise. Desserts include semifreddo al limoncello and Valrhona chocolate mousse dressed as caviar.

At the bar, Baia presents Italian-inspired cocktails such as Tiramisu Martini, Bellinissimo, Moka Magica and Bloody Maria.

Designed for Day-to-Night Energy

The décor draws from a boho coastal aesthetic, with wooden textures and woven seating inspired by Baia, the Italian word for bay.  Curated sound, immersive lighting and a late-night rhythm bring the venue to life, shifting the space into a club-like experience. A strong sound system and flexible layout support both dining and social gatherings throughout the night.
