The BLACKPINK Deadline World Tour landed at Bangkok’s Rajamangala National Stadium for three nights, October 24 through 26. Lisa came home and wore Thailand on her sleeve, her hips, her back.
Night One opened with gold, intricate, almost regal. The HOOK’S BY PRAPAKAS design married contradictions: a warrior’s crop top suggesting armor and strength, softened by a phuang malai garland resting at the hip. That particular choice felt intentional. The floral offering, traditionally given as blessing or welcome, here rendered in gold plates. Ancient gesture, modern material. Delicate force.
Night Two came courtesy of Thai indie fashion house and creative community I WANNA BANGKOK. Their Muay Thai inspired piece carried “Lalisa” embroidered on the pants, “Manobal” spelled out on the robe. Family name, given name, both stitched into fabric that channeled Thailand’s national sport. A rockstar studded belt sealed the statement.
Night Three brought the crescendo. UNKUNIYA wrapped her in a bodysuit entirely encrusted with crystals, catching literally every spotlight. But the real moment lived on her back: the Thai flag rendered in sparkling detail, its pattern dissolving outward like wings unfurling. Red, white, and blue taking flight.
