“Do all the good you can, for all the people you can, in all the ways you can, as long as you can.” “Whatever you choose to do, leave tracks. That means don’t do it just for yourself. You will want to leave the world a little better for your having lived.”
These are the words of Hillary Clinton and they could not be more appropriate as a collective recognition of the 100 people we put forward in this Future List 100 e-magazine compilation, for representing what is the very best, across many walks of life, in Thai society in 2024.
Koktail magazine presents its fourth list of good people doing great things in Thailand, the Future List 100. They are presented over the next 260 pages in totality and each week in www.koktailmagazine.com we profile in more detail those that were proposed by their peers and graciously allowed us to present their work and aspirations. They come from every walk of life, some are young and others less so, a few are famous and many are not, all ages and genders are represented and nationality is not a factor. The common denominator is that each is striving to make an impact on others and in our opinion, and their peers that proposed them, the benefits of their work will continue to be seen in the foreseeable future.
Before you begin scrolling let’s finish with another quote from a wife of a former US president (successful politicians seem to marry well) “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote again embodies the spirit of the people we showcase here and the 300 we have recognised in our previous three Future Lists. Enjoy reading about what makes them tick, spend a little time viewing the videos they put forward to present themselves, and take note that it is people like these that are making Thailand just a little bit better every day.
