Welcome the winter season at Siam Kempinski Bangkok’s renowned one-Michelin-star restaurant for five consecutive years, Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin. Starting November 1, 2022 and lasting all the way through March 31, 2023, the award-winning restaurant is introducing its Winter Journey menu, inspired by chef Henrik Yde-Andersen’s gastronomic travels from Thailand to Japan and Europe. Chef Henrik will be working with senior head chef Chayawee Suthcharitchan to compose the finest winter-time ingredients in every single dish.

Guests will get to taste up to 16 inventive servings choreographed with care to bring out the most distinctive Thai flavors in bold combinations. For a taste of what is to be expected, some of the highlights include tom kha truffle ice-cream Cornetto, tom yum prawn with four homemade prawn condiments, duck confit pad krapow with peas and quail egg, and king fish flan in miso.

Winter Journey is available at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin from now until March 31, 2023. For lunch, choose between an option of eight servings at 2,150++ baht and 10 servings at 3,200++ baht. For dinner, the 16-serving menu is priced 3,900++ baht.
