Thainchai has revolutionized the sport of Muay Thai, bringing it into the modern era through Global Sports Ventures (GSV). In 2022, GSV partnered with Rajadamnern Stadium to rebrand the venue as a world-class entertainment venue. Its flagship programme, Rajadamnern World Series (RWS), has become the fastest-growing Muay Thai program in the country and is broadcasted to over 200 countries and territories worldwide on the sports app DAZN. Thainchai began his professional career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company. When the sports industry was severely affected by the Covid pandemic, Thaichai formed a group to revitalise and rebrand Muay Thai, achieving remarkable success within a year. He has played a key role in building a strong and sustainable foundation and ecosystem for the sport, benefiting fighters and trainers alike. His plans include making RWS a global combat sports series and establishing Muay Thai as a "soft power" for Thailand on the world stage, revitalising this centuries-old form of martial arts and propelling it into the next era.
