This self-made millionaire better known as Benz was a former border patrol police officer in the south of Thailand. His success began when he designed a Line sticker of a character in uniform. When interest grew he began offering classes on how to create Line stickers and on public speaking, eventually founding Capt Benz Co to offer workshops on personal branding, Facebook Live and Facebook marketing. His direct, punchy, in-your-face style as a speaker appeals to the younger generation, as do his courses which have catchy names like Zero to Hero. The coronavirus lockdown forced him to switch to online training with new content and posts every two days, and he is proud of having increased the number of followers on his Facebook page by almost 2 million in 3 months, and aims to increase that to 10 million in the next 12 months. A former member of the Queen’s Guard in the Royal Thai Army he lists hiking, trekking, skiing, golf, cycling, biking, camping, sky diving, horse riding and travelling among his interests.
