With local training, she possesses a deep passion for cooking Thai cuisine, inspired by her grandmother. Chef Pop''s reputation has flourished as she actively participated in various cooking competitions, including Iron Chef Thailand and Plai Ja Wak Battle. Her aspiration is to elevate Adhoc to award-winning status with international recognition. Aiming to cultivate a deeper appreciation for Thai cuisine, she emphasises the support of Thai producers and committed farmers. Sustainability and the reduction of food waste are integral to her culinary approach, creating a positive impact on Thailand''s environment, economy, and food security. Chef Pop draws inspiration from Duangporn Songvisava of Bo.Lan, Esben Holmboe Bang of Maaemo, and Poul Andrias Ziska of Koks. Her goal is to inspire younger chefs with a sense of focus, honesty, and culinary expertise, ensuring the preservation and promotion of Thai cuisine and traditions. Chef Pop has been recognised as the "Ambassador of Thai Cuisine Authenticity," while Adhoc was honoured as one of the 30 Best Restaurants in Thailand''s Favourite Restaurants 2023-24 by Koktail.
