Nalada is the founder of video-centric Xumiiro Gallery, which showcases contemporary art through private viewings and sales of works by unconventional, forward-thinking artists. She and her team have a mission to reinvent the concept of exhibitions by delivering experiences that stimulate eyes, ears and brain through video, static images and sculptures accented by experimental soundscapes."We are a new gallery with a new concept. I don''t have an art background, which for some was probably an issue. However, I believe video art is the future,” she says. Always up for a challenge, she recently established a second gallery space in Beverly Hills, which offers works in traditional media, mixed media, sculpture, photography, and of courseaudio-visual and video art.
