Mark McDowell is the managing director and co-founder of Primal, a Thai company that helps firms grow their revenue via digital marketing by delivering impactful online experiences across Asia through data-driven campaigns. The company recently expanded to Vietnam and Malaysia and its 100-person team works with big-name clients such as McDonalds, Expedia, Nivea and Unicef. McDowell takes care of the marketing and branding areas of the company and trains and mentors other passionate youngsters. Named Southeast Asia Young Achiever of the Year by Campaign Asia in 2018, he believes that hard work always tops talent and that working with great people helps you push your boundaries and achieve success. He makes sure he’s always putting in the hours but also finds time to enjoy hobbies such as reading, wakeboarding and skydiving.
