Rich, savoury and packed with cheesy umami, it is basically carbonara in cookie form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then there is the canned fish cookie, with tomato filling, lemongrass cream cheese and dried fish flakes. At this point, we have officially left dessert territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These are cookies in name, shape and texture. The flavour?
