From its origins in Hamburg, Germany to the heart of Bangkok, Thailand, indoor fitness racing is exploding in popularity, with 2026 standing as the biggest Hyrox event the city has ever seen. The “BYD” in the headline comes from a major commercial title deal with the EV giant, which stepped in to provide backing, venue activations and marketing power aimed directly at Southeast Asia\u2019s booming wellness crowd.<\/p>\n\n\n

For this edition, things kicked off on Thursday 13 August with a mix of Open categories and Doubles for both men and women running throughout the day. Friday 14 August is split evenly, dedicating the morning to the Men\u2019s Open heats before Women\u2019s Doubles take over the arena for the evening. Saturday 15 August brings the real crowd energy, packing in Mixed Doubles, Women\u2019s Open heats and a full evening of high-octane team Relays. Finally, Sunday 16 August wraps up the action with Men\u2019s Open Doubles in the morning before handing the floor over to the elite Pro divisions to close out the weekend. <\/p>\n\n\n
