Over the course of a single year, it has evolved from a newcomer into a much spoken about sanctuary where Mediterranean ease meets the beauty of the Andaman Sea, and where flavour, rhythm and atmosphere is expressed with a sense of hospitality. From the late afternoon onwards, the terraces shift into a vibrant open kitchen as 11 guest chefs join Executive Chef Ram\u00f3n Verano in a one night collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The gentle roar of open fire and the scent of spice rise into the cooling air while deep, hypnotic sounds and the texture of live percussion guide the evening into a slow rhythm. Performers navigate the terraces with ease, flames flicker against the pool\u2019s surface and the light of the setting sun softens into a warm glow that seems to suspend time for those who gather there. Guests are welcomed to generous shared tables that stretch across the terraces and look out toward the Andaman, and the mood is one of relaxed abundance. Live stations present mezze, seafood and freshly grilled selections that reflect the spirit of the Mediterranean. A groovy singer and a series of performances bring an easy liveliness to the afternoon while the poolside energy evolves into a sunlit celebration that feels communal and distinctly FIRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
