Inside, lofty ceilings and earthy tone furnishing are complemented by plants and ingredients hanging on the walls, evoking the charm of a countryside home. This is seen especially in the kitchen area, the heart of this cosy house. The space is designed to feel grounded and inviting, like visiting a friend in the village, where meals are shared with care and conversations flow effortlessly. This dish captures the spirit of Isan cuisine and village-style cooking \u2013 it is served in a clay pot to retain heat, in the traditional style of locals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another standout is yum khao pun pla ra horm (spicy rice noodle salad with fermented fish sauce), which offers an interactive dining experience. Guests mix their own salad using soft rice noodles, the restaurant\u2019s aromatic house-fermented pla ra horm, local herbs and seasonal vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With a strong focus on homegrown produce, the restaurant also offers a vegetarian menu that celebrates nature and the simple beauty of eating well.
