Following the recent success of One Night in Bangkok<\/em>, a charity dinner organised by Thailand\u2019s Favourite Restaurants by Koktail on 21st November 2024 at Gaysorn Urban Resort, MediaMagination Co., Ltd. handed over 333,855 THB to Scholars of Sustenance (SOS). This remarkable sum, raised through a special auction, reflects the generosity of participants and the strong dedication of Thailand\u2019s culinary community to tackle food insecurity and waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The donation is a lifeline for SOS\u2019s ongoing mission to combat food waste and hunger across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This initiative uplifts underprivileged communities and advances sustainable practices aligned with global environmental goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Expanding Outreach Through Core Programs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The funds will directly support SOS\u2019s primary mission, the Food Rescue Program<\/strong>, a daily operation that salvages surplus food from restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores. With cold-chain logistics and a dedicated team, SOS ensures this rescued food is redistributed to vulnerable groups, shelters, and low-income neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, this donation is projected to provide approximately 60,000 meals<\/strong>, spreading nourishment and relief to those in need throughout the year. From children in urban slums to elderly individuals in remote areas, this outreach represents a tangible change in food equity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
