The stir-fried noodles<span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;are<\/span>&nbsp;often seasoned with fish sauce, tamarind paste, sugar and chilli flakes, giving&nbsp;<span lang=\"EN-US\">the dish<\/span>&nbsp;a unique sweet, sour, and slightly spicy flavour<span lang=\"EN-US\">,<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">&nbsp;<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">then<\/span>&nbsp;often garnished with crushed peanuts and fresh herbs such as cilantro and scallions.
