As soon as you arrive, you&rsquo;ll be welcomed to Samantha&rsquo;s jungle vision: a beautiful indoor garden where those who believe that food should be good for you and the planet dwell.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options,&nbsp;the menu highlights wild, local, seasonal, organic, and ethically sourced ingredients. Samantha, who has worked with luxury brands like Soneva Kiri to curate their plant-based offerings, uses traditional cooking methods to protect the vitality and potency of the ingredients and offer mouthwatering creations with unadulterated taste.&nbsp;Among our favorites at The Earthling Cafe is the Breakfast Scramble, made with homemade tofu, blistered tomatoes, wilted spinach, sauteed mushrooms with thyme and paired with baba ganoush and toasted bread. We ordered that to share with a not-to-be-missed rich Caramelized Onion Burger served with fresh lettuce, sliced tomatoes, homemade mayo, and crunchy pickles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.koktailmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/9904ec90e23abae133c586e83a61c38e.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><a href=\"\" target=\"_blank\" >Breakfast Scramble (Photo courtesy of The Earthling Cafe)<\/a> <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">For drinks, we recommend the refreshing Green Smoothie, which combines kale, spinach, pineapple juice, lemon, banana, passionfruit, and chia seed. Customers can drop into any of the classes or book private lessons that suit their time and pace.
