Prinya is managing director at PrinVentures, a residential real estate developer that focuses on townhouses, single houses and low rise condominiums. The company was affected by the pandemic, the stagnant economy and high inflation over the past year, but he has learned to better navigate these issues through adaptability and cash conservation. Previously, he worked at Kasikorn Bank as a project finance lending analyst for early solar farm projects in Thailand, giving him an insight into alternative energy sources. As a result he has introduced the concept “Oxygen Community” and “Green Consciousness” that comprises “Green Technology, Green Materials and Green Design” into his housing projects.
He would like to guide Prinsiri and its subsidiaries towards a sustainable growth trajectory, as a profitable company that produces as much positive social and environmental impact as economic impact. His mother inspires him with her mantra to never give up, while “Twins in Tree” by photographer Rodney Smith teaches him that life is a journey of things to look forward to and experiences to look back and reflect upon.
