A leader of change in the evolving digital world, Carlo Herold is founder and CEO of Heroleads Asia, a performance marketing and sales platform that helps companies at every point of their digital journey. In addition, he is a start-up mentor at True Incubator and works with the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce on digitization projects. Previously, Carlo founded Polar Labs, a mobile app publisher focusing on lifestyle and utility apps, but sold part of the portfolio in 2016. Before devoting his work full-time to entrepreneurship, he was a research analyst for the Foreign Trade and Inward Investment Agency of the Federal Republic of Germany (GTAI) in Malaysia. He holds dual master’s degrees in International Business Management & Strategy.
