Koktail Conversations took the opportunity to sit down with Tommaso Cecca, GM of the stylish Camparino Bar at the Galleria in Milan, when he was in town recently for Asia’s 50 Best Bars, representing Campari. Tommaso is quietly passionate about his life as one of the most renowned bar managers in the world. In particular, he is very proud that his five-year-old son, Konstantin, is following in dad’s footsteps, preparing some of the meanest mocktails in town.
