Overlooking the metropolis from 57 floors above, Cocoa XO at Centara Grand at CentralWorld offers guests a unique dine-and-drink experience. Under its ‘Sky-High Cognac and Chocolate’ concept, sweet and creamy chocolate is paired with the heat of Cognac as well as an amazing 360-degree view of bustling Bangkok. “It’s the new alternative for nightlife people outside pairing with cigars,” Robert Maurer-Loeffler, top executive of Centara Grand, explains.

The oval-shaped bar is full of carefully curated signature cocktails that will surely make your night memorable. If you’re in the mood for something sour, you might enjoy the L’affection⁠—a mixture of 7-Year Havana Club, liquor, orange curassow, lemonade, and soda—or the Swift Fix, a rose-coloured combination of pineapple, liquor, and soda. If you rather start the night with something refreshing, look into A Plus Tard—bitter liqueur and raspberry liqueur with a dash of herbs and spices—or the Je ’TAime, a refreshing drink with a golden swift printed on the foam.

Light fusion snacks are served at Cocoa XO, including crackling pork belly, snow fish rolls, and the Hitachiwagyu beef skewers. You can also grab bites from their “Chocolate Cave”, which serves a variety of desserts, from cakes to praline and even soft serve—all infused with Cognac, of course.
