Tiva at the Pullman Hotel G is spacious yet homey, with rustic Italian cantina interiors, long hanging lights, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city’s rare greenery. Come weekday lunchtime for an excellent set menu or buffet, featuring a broad range of dishes, from nachos to pho noodles, Indian dahl curries, Neapolitan-style pizzas, to Som Tam. With an incredible range of options, dishes are high in quality and all freshly prepared. For appetisers, try chicken satay, delicate in texture and accompanied by a rich and flavourful peanut sauce. The various curries, from traditional green to massaman, are well-executed, showcasing authentic flavours and a healthy spice level. Tiva’s pizzas deserve a special spotlight, with the range of toppings reflecting the fusion concept of the restaurant’s menu. Go for pizza pad kee mao to try the ultimate Thai-Italian fusion, but be wary of the extra chilli kick! Try pizza norcina with mushrooms and Italian spicy sausage with earthy black truffle paste for a classic Italian option. Dessert choices are plentiful, but Tiva takes pride in its mango sticky rice, featuring a balance between saltiness and a touch of sweetness from the rich coconut milk.
