After making a name for themselves in Phuket with award­ winning burgers, The Vegan Table ventures into the Sukhumvit soi11 late night entertainment district aiming to make the vegan food experience delicious contemporary and fun. The vibe is of a gastro-pub with live entertainment on certain nights of the week.

The wraps are ideal for sharing. Quinoa avocado arrives with 8 more than bite-sized pieces with added sweet pepper and soy beans wrapped in a chewy infused spirulina wrap with two dressings; sesame and sweet/spicy. The famed burgers have travelled well from Phuket. The favourite comes with a juicy beyond burger patty, cashew cheese, the softest of beetroot infused buns, sufficient vegetable and leaf salad and beefy sized fries, crispy on the outside and soft centred. The open pizza kitchen tempts orders of one of eight fully-sized pizzas on offer. Crusts are delicious, v-mozzarella cheese ample and a variety of toppings to choose from.

Snacks are best ordered to accompany the good selection of drinks and house special avocado rings is an interesting choice. The vegan chocolate tart with fresh strawberries and almonds is as the menu states irresistible.

The mood is fun, seating ultra-comfortable and service attentive. The Vegan Table's bold move into the centre of Bangkok's bar and club scene meets its culinary and entertainment objectives.
