Follow with an earthy decadent truffle and mushroom soup. The foie gras is outstanding; the lobe skillfully pan-seared with a citrus accompaniment. Main courses continue with Chef Dan expertly combining premium ingredients with the best that his network of treasured local artisans can offer. Grilled Surat Thani river prawn is succulently sweet, served along side a stellar highland rice risotto. Panaeng beef curry, simply one of the best, shining through with perfectly cooked beef in a memorably on point sauce. Dessert? An easy decision, choose the Siam Ruby.
