The Glass House Silver is the newcomer to the Glass House family, located on the relatively quieter northern end of Pattaya but with a stunning location offering diners multiple seating options. Choose to dine either ocean-side under the stars, on an attractive terrace, or for those who prefer air­ conditioned comfort within the glass house itself.

The interior is super comfortable, with an intelligent mix of sofas and armchairs, lending an ambience of stylish elegance. The menu is truly global with a large Japanese section, Thai classics and Western staples.

Dishes can be shared, offering a table of diners the ability to have premium quality Japanese sashimi, a spicy Southern Thai crab curry and perhaps a British favourite, fish and chips, the batter crunchy, the fish moist and succulent, accompanied by a bang-on tartare sauce. Close one's eyes and at least for the fish supper, and imagine being back in blighty on Brighton beach. To finish, the banana roti with vanilla ice cream is an indulgent end. Beverages on offer include a concise but more than adequate wine list, competitively priced, with choices available by glass. The non-alcoholic list is extensive, from smoothies to milk shakes, iced tea and coffee coolers or a wide variety of fresh juices.
