The Collective is located on the ground floor of the Holiday Inn Pattaya, facing the beach with spectacular sunset views. Enjoy one of the many happy hour specials which can be experienced along with often amazing sunsets. Best known for its smokehouse specialities, prepared in an imported smoker from the United States, and pizzas cooked in Pattaya’s largest pizza oven, featuring cold fermented sourdough bases made fresh daily. Smokehouse specialties include Australian beef brisket, BBQ ribs and numerous other traditional BBQ favourites, while pizza offerings cover a range of fresh topping possibilities along with a unique pizza roll featuring pulled pork in a roll of fresh pizza dough. A full range of sandwiches are on the menu, plus salads and Thai dishes, including steamed local sea bass and deep-fried fish. For groups of 6-8 people, very attractive party packs are available enabling guests to sample a variety of items from the menu. Reasonably priced set lunches feature many of the more popular specialties at attractive midday prices. Meals can be complemented with a variety of Guss Damn Good ice creams with 10 very creative rotating flavours. Restaurant manager Piyachart Selakun heads a well-trained service team that go out of their way to please. Hotel parking is complementary for restaurant guests and particularly appreciated given the prime downtown location.
