The wild­ caught Alaskan salmon tartare dressed in a zesty and light sauce, presents a stellar, antipasti. The signature spaghetti all' Aragosta arrives in style, with generous chunks of lobster, while risotto di porcini is enhanced with black truffle shavings and melted Parmesan.
