My Chef’s House, as the name suggests, is a small restaurant with forty seats on the outskirts of Pattaya Nongprue and well worth the visit. Chef-owner Morten Nielsen, gained experience in the kitchens of well-known 5-star hotels around the world and his talents are reflected in the high-quality cuisine on offer. The menu is dominated by steaks and house specialty BBQ pork ribs, but there is something for every taste with all types of meats, fish, pasta, salads, snacks and wagyu burgers. Caesar salad could be a meal by itself and features delicious and perfectly cooked chicken breast, large croutons, bacon and parmesan. A half rack of ribs can be a meal for two, the tender meat does truly fall from the bone and is served with special chipotle bbq sauce. Starters and snacks include delicious Maryland style crab cakes, served with homemade coleslaw. All sauces are made fresh in the kitchen and very much complement the quality offerings. My Chef’s House affords an opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal in a cosy atmosphere at reasonable cost, reflecting the amiable owner/chef who has a hand in every dish but is also present in the dining room offering suggestions and taking feedback. Ample parking is available on site.
A strong plant-based menu is on offer too as chef makes a real effort to ensure that the vegans at the table eat well too.
