Begin with “Purple Rain” — a sophisticated blend of dry gin, Lillet Blanc, peach sake, lavender, and blackberry cordial. Or discover house Negroni, deepened with subtle notes of black coffee and chocolate for a richer twist. Each cocktail is a journey of flavour, infused with vibrant aromas, modern technique, and finest house-made or premium ingredients. Executive chef Igor Sokolov, whose career has spanned continents and included menus for queens and presidents, curates a menu that marries refinement with comfort. Highlights include crab cakes, lightly enriched with coconut and resting on guacamole. House-made terrine of foie gras with apricot jam and toasted brioche fingers is an achievement.
