IGNIV Bangkok at the St. Regis Bangkok is celebrating summer with a new menu featuring 19 handcrafted dishes designed for sharing. Available from June to August 2024, the menu captures the season’s essence with fresh flavours.
Head Chef David Hartwig and Chef Arne Riehn have drawn inspiration from their favourite summer moments, like outdoor barbecues and seasonal farm produce. They believe freshness and lightness are the heroes of the season, with summer being about fresh fruits, salads, and light, refreshing flavours and textures.
Highlight dishes include Wagyu short ribs with salsa verde and grilled vegetables, eggplant with pomegranate and sesame, and raviolo with vegetables and saffron. The menu also features Arctic charr with orange beurre blanc and celery, langoustine with mango and citrus, and desserts like fig with hazelnut and rosemary, and peach with passionfruit and milchreis.
At the end of the meal, guests can enjoy fruit jellies, handcrafted chocolate bonbons, and other treats from IGNIV’s Candy Store to enjoy with coffee or tea, or to take home.
Dinner is available daily from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (last order at 8:30 PM) for THB 5,500++ per person. Lunch is served on weekdays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM (last order at 1:30 PM). Vegan, vegetarian, a la carte, and kids’ menus are also available.
