Azure is recently renovated as a spacious café-style poolside restaurant at the Intercontinental Hua Hin Resort. Its light and bright décor and comfortable seating, covered and outdoors, makes for a tranquil ambience. Embracing locally sourced ingredients, including several premium quality Hua Hin produced cheeses, Azure offers a concise menu with a sufficiently broad range of meats, fish, pastas and pizza. Flat bread and dips is a tasty starter of crispy wood-fired garlic bread, house-made baba ghanoush with pomegranate and garlic, roasted beetroot hummus with creamy feta and mint yoghurt. Alternatively, enjoy a unique hot take on prawn cocktail of large local tiger prawns char-grilled with lemon, chilli and garlic butter, served with roasted cabbage, wildflower honey dill and za’atar. For mains, try a stunning line-caught red snapper, schnitzel pan-fried and accompanied with crunchy feta French fries. For a meat treat, there is a comprehensive offering of Australian aged cuts, including ribeye, striploin and a spectacularly marbled 1kg Okan wagyu tomahawk. Complete your poolside experience with a choice from the short dessert menu featuring several excellent sorbets such as passion fruit and mango or a delightfully surprising snow egg creation.
