Akoya Lounge, opened late 2024, is located within the stylish V Villas in Hua Hin. The contemporary architecture and design presents a stylish, elegant luxury beach bar and dining experience. The lounge is perched on the white sand coastline offering diners uninterrupted views of the bay. Tables for two set immediately at the front of the lounge are idyllic and there are tables for larger groups set back underneath the trees providing a relaxed environment with a really cool vibe. Plenty of classic cocktails are available but try the signatures which are expertly crafted focussing on local products, places and traditions. The variety is wide with creations such as Hua Hin pine toast, horse beach, Khao Takiab and a night in Hua Hin. The fine dining experience consists primarily of small plates to be shared and all are beautifully presented. The menu showcases an exciting variety of dishes including gambas a la Barbacoa, sea bass ceviche, Hokkaido scallops and Iberico croquettes. Tempting desserts are on offer with favourites such as coconut panna cotta and homemade brownie with dark chocolate served with Madagascar vanilla ice cream. The menu is varied and quite extensive but should guests require a wider variety of dishes or have specific dietary requirements it is possible to order from the adjacent Villazzo restaurant.
