Kit graduated in accounting and finance and much of his career has been spent in consultancy, specifically espousing finance accounting and technology modules. His core strengths are in business process improvement, financial shared services, business consolidation and business intelligence. He has also worked with McKinsey & Company, Thai Union Group PCL and PwC Thailand. Before establishing Freshket he was head of logistics and operations at FoodPanda. In 2017, he launched Freshket, a mobile web-based platform that links the food supply industry, helping simplify the management of restaurant supply chains. Freshket’s e-marketplace links farms with restaurants through a B2B model. With Covid impacting the hospitality industry so drastically, Freshket also expanded to a B2C model to suit the individual customer. In 2020 Freshket raised US$3 million in its Series A funding to upgrade technologies, enhance efficiencies in its supply chain management and improve its customer service platform. Through technology, he aims to become the most trusted and sustainable end-to-end food supply chain platform in Thailand that benefits all parties involved in the food supply ecosystem.
